Delivery Policy

Patent, trademark and design pending numbers, national phase patents, South African designs and South African trademarks ("Applications")

Immediately upon making payment for an Application, you will receive a payment confirmation by email. Simultaneously, you will receive confirmation of your instruction together with our invoice. We will notify you of your Application number and developments relating to your Application by email.

Prototyping

For prototyping, we will send you electronic files by email. Posters and 3D printed prototypes can be couriered to you at an additional cost.
