Cancellation Policy

Patent, trademark and design pending numbers, national phase patents, South African designs and South African trademarks ("Applications")

We aim to "process" Applications immediately upon order. This means that we will, within a very short time of receiving your order for an Application:

make payment directly to a country's intellectual property ("IP") Office or to a service provider within our network on your behalf; or
where we are unable to make the Application filing and issuance payment to a country's IP Office directly, instruct a service provider within our network to make such filing / issuance payment on your / our behalf.

As soon as we process an Application, we become liable to pay the associated filing and issuance cost. Accordingly, NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED.

Prototyping

You may cancel an order for a prototyping service at any time up to 24 hours of placing such order, provided that we are entitled to charge you for: work we have performed; and costs we have incurred, prior to such cancellation.
